This one was my submission for round 4, and not quite as good as the previous track in my opinion. The rules I followed this time were:
Your software has been replaced with a cheap bootleg! The following must be audible for a minimum of thirty seconds:
- Volume cannot be changed once a note has been struck other than as a linear fade-out. (think A0x for famitracker)
- DPCM is prohibited.
- Arpeggio macros closer than five ticks apart are prohibited.
- BPM must be at either 100, 112.5 or 150 with no variation.
- Overclocking beyond 60Hz is prohibited.
- Direct $4011 writes (i.e. Zxx) are permitted once at beginning of section only.
- An attempt at "retro NES music pastiche" must be attempted during this period.
and
Entry must either contain or remix a minimum of ten seconds of the following beloved staple of chiptune literature:

and
~ No. 6: Omnitave ~
All possible octaves from octave 0 to octave 7 must be heard at discrete pitches at least once in your entry. Likewise, all noise pitches from 0 to F must be heard of both white and periodic variety at least once.
(it is my opinion that these restrictions actually caused the quality of my composition to suffer)
